Opening Times for Boarding Guests

We are open seven days a week for pet boarding.

Chaiquinta Pet Hotel opens for dropping off and collection as follows:

Christmas Eve

Open from 10.30am to 11am only

Christmas Day & Boxing Day

Closed

27th, 28th, 29th & 30th December

Open from 10.30am to 12pm only

31st December

Open from 10.30am to 11am only

New Years Day

Closed

Open as normal from 2nd January onwards

Monday to Friday

Morning: from 10am to 12 noon

Afternoon: from 4.30pm to 5.30pm

Saturday

From 10.30am to 1pm

Latest drop-off 12.45pm, latest collection 12.45pm

Sunday

From 10.30am to 1pm

Latest drop-off 12.45pm, latest collection 12.45pm

Please note that reception is closed on Bank Holidays.

We board pets on 365 days of the year, but we do not accept collection / dropping-off of pets on Bank Holidays.

Doggie Day Care

Monday to Friday: 7am to 5.20pm, drop off times: 7am, 8am, 9am or 10am

(An agreed time for your pet carer needs to be arranged prior).

Puppy Play School

Monday to Friday: 7am to 5.20pm, drop off times: 7am, 8am, 9am or 10am

(An agreed time for your pet carer needs to be arranged prior).

Doggie Spa Days

(this includes Dog Day Care and Grooming or Spa Services)

Booking required. Agreed times for drop off and collection need to be arranged prior to the day, subject to availability.

Weekend daycare is subject to availability and only until our normal weekend daily closing times.

Opening Times for Grooming Guests

The Grooming Salon is open 7 days a week for both none boarding and boarding pets.

The salon is closed on all Bank Holidays.

Monday to Friday

From 9am to 5pm

Saturday

From 8.00am to 12.30pm

Sunday

From 9.00am to 12.30pm

Viewing of the Kennels or Cattery here at Chaiquinta Pet Hotel is welcome during opening times (please call us on 01302 844867 to make a meet and greet appointment).

We offer individual, all-inclusive care for your pet, 365 days a year, catering for short or long holiday stays as well as working life requirements, meaning both short and long term boarders are very welcome.

Doggie Day Care is also available, please ask for details.
